What brings you here?
Are you someone who comes from a high achieving background, but finds it difficult to switch off without the assistance of television, alcohol or other mind numbing mediums? Or, do you struggle to find balance in your life and find yourself oscillating between extreme behaviour patterns of all in or nothing at all? Or, maybe you feel uninspired by your life and like you are simply going through the motions?
My Background
Over ten years ago I was living a life I thought I had always wanted – a lawyer in Sydney, living in the Eastern suburbs and surrounded by many beautiful things. It was a life I had dreamed of and aspired to for many years, yet I felt hollow, anxious and completely uninspired. On a deeper level, I knew there was more to life than what I was experiencing.
I began searching for answers and throughout the next few years, I spent a huge amount of time investing in myself and learning how to invite happiness, fulfillment and love into my life.
Having had my own experience of transformation to find true freedom in life and love, I believe that the journey to achieving personal greatness and allowing your true self to shine at some point requires the guidance and mentorship of others. With my background and training in various practices, such as NLP, yoga and mindfulness training, I now run coaching programs for people who are experiencing similar issues in their life.
What is Coaching?
I work with people to help them unlock their potential and break negative behaviours and thought patterns holding them back from achieving the happiness and success we all deserve. My programs are for people who are not satisfied with their current circumstances but who don’t know how to change what they are experiencing.
For instance, you may notice the same challenging circumstances continually showing up in your personal relationships and you may wish to attract healthier relationships into your life. Or, you may recognise a need to communicate more effectively with people who are close to you or engage more intelligently with work colleagues. Or, perhaps you are looking to change negative behaviour patterns that, despite all of your efforts, feel impossible to shift.
8 Week Personal Program
My 8 week one-to-one coaching program is a personalised approach. The focus is on guiding you to develop confidence for creating the necessary shifts in your life that will allow you to find what you truly want and need for a more fulfilled existence.
We meet weekly or fortnightly, either in person (I can come to your home or your office) or via skype/telephone. You will have homework in between sessions to help you consolidate and work through what is discovered during our sessions. Everyone is different with a unique set of problems and, as such, my approach is tailored to your particular needs.
In this program, we will work together on particular issues that are holding you back from living a life you love, which may include:
- Attracting better people and relationships into your life, including a loving relationship with a partner.
- Identifying behavior patterns and ways of thinking that are holding you back from achieving your goals and establishing more positive behaviours and thoughts.
- Tapping into your creative potential to allow you to express yourself in new ways and follow pursuits that bring you more joy.
- Developing a deeper understanding of yourself and learning how to intelligently respond to problems, rather than to react.
- Learning how to love both yourself and your body by developing positive self-care practices, rather than indulging in negative, self-destructive practices, such as binge drinking and binge eating.
- Making better decisions that will take you closer to happiness and fulfillment and which are not driven by stress, anxiety and fear.
