MOTIVATE EACH OTHER.
If you have a group interested in some or all of our core class styles, we offer classes for groups of any size. For your group, we can either travel to you or provide a space at our inner west location. Prior to your booking, we will consult with you and your group to help you determine which classes would best suit your group in consideration of desired outcomes, overall wellness goals, schedules and physical fitness levels. Where the individuals within the group are varying experience and fitness levels, we provide classes that cater to the varying abilities of those involved.
Aside from the typical group who are keen to simply get together for an activity that has fitness, health and fun at its core, there are multiple instances where you may benefit by booking one or some of our core class styles for a group. For instance, you may be hosting an event, organising a hens party, looking to provide an activity for a particular client function, or wanting to facilitate team bonding sessions that are not only fun, but that will benefit the health of the individuals involved.
The benefits of our ongoing group sessions are that, unlike many studio or gym environments where classes are for the general public, we tailor classes to your specific group and thereby produce targeted and effective classes for those involved. With an intensified focus on your group and the individuals that comprise it, we are able to provide personalised instruction and attention to help and encourage each individual within the group to develop and achieve their personal wellness goals.
Equipment
We provide any required equipment, including mats, straps, blocks, Pilates balls and hand weights. During your session, we use music to either bring a relaxed and meditative vibe to your yoga sessions, or for a more energetic class, such as Power Pilates or Bbarre Less, deep and funky beats will make it light, fun and motivating.
Introductory Offer
For group sessions, we provide an introductory offer of two sessions at a reduced rate of 70% of the standard fee. This is to enable you to experience what we have to offer and to help you make a decision as to what class style/s and packages would best suit your group. The introductory classes will be taught at a time convenient to both parties and can be different class styles for each session if desired.
Group Packages
All prices below are quoted on the basis that the sessions are conducted locally at or near our inner west location. Where there is the requirement to travel and bring equipment, the rates will increase depending on the distance required to travel and any associated travel costs.
Ongoing group classes are taken at the same time each week and can be undertaken once or twice per week.
The fees for groups vary depending on the size of your group. As a guide, we provide the following pricing schedule for groups:
Single Class Fees:
- 5 Individuals or less - $160;
- Between 6 and 10 individuals - $190;
- Between 11 and 15 individuals - $230;
- Between 16 and 20 individuals - $260;
- Between 21 and 25 individuals – $290.
Packages of 8 Classes
- 5 Individuals or less - $1,180;
- Between 6 and 10 individuals - $1,480;
- Between 11 and 15 individuals - $1,690;
- Between 16 and 20 individuals - $1,900;
- Between 21 and 25 individuals – $2,200.
Packages of 12 Classes
- 5 Individuals or less - $1,750;
- Between 6 and 10 individuals - $2,050;
- Between 11 and 15 individuals - $2,550;
- Between 16 and 20 individuals - $2,950;
- Between 21 and 25 individuals – $3,200.
